Coming from the East Coast, Autumn brings memories of crisp weather, leaves changing colors, and pumpkins! Heading to several different farmer's markets over the past month has had our eyes popping with the sight of Fall produce.
We love all of the flavor combinations that become available with the Fall harvest. For the next few months we will be incorporating as much venison, squash, apples, maple and hazelnuts into our menus as our clients can handle. I know we always say this but AUTUMN is truly our favorite time of year. From New York to San Fran, every chef is thrilled for the arrival of the Fall season. I hope you are as excited as we are!
